While we were watching the firefighters put out flames, my wife and I were clueless - what do we do now? About that time, a "chaser" handed my wife a brochure describing ServiceMaster/Elite. "Proof of the pudding" I thought, can they get an electrician out to turn power back on? They did. Same night. Fast forward, today we concluded the repair. These guys (Elite) did everything - and they did it *well*.
Hopefully, you'll never have to deal with a house fire. But if you do, you won't find a better crew to put you back in business. Thanks Elite! (and a shout-out to our project manager, Robert - you rock, man!)

We had a huge tree fall and crush the back half of our house. Elite did an AMAZING job with the reconstruction (no wonder they were a preferred contractor for our insurance company). The work was high-quality, and the contractor kept us informed about the process and the schedule. Elite also got us significantly better prices (the replacement for the back door, etc.) than we had been able to get for an earlier update to the house, even though this reconstruction was done during the supply-chain disruptions of 2021. Highly recommend!

We hired Elite to restore a three story turn of the century nonprofit museum that had a fire in May 2020 and extensive water and smoke damage. We worked with Mike Clark at Elite who led the project team and hired and supervised the sub-contractors . The restoration was a complex and difficult one and took place during the height of the 2020 pandemic. Most every wall, ceiling and floor needed to be replaced. Michael was always responsive, responsible and communicated well to all parties. The project came in on budget and on time and change orders were dealt with fairly and efficiently. We were allowed to bring in our own subs for a couple parts of the job seamlessly. Elite removed and safely stored all our furnishings and equipment and returned everything in the same condition it left in prior to the building reopening in January 2021.
Mike also did a great job dealing with our insurance company, which made our job much easier. Mike helped turn a difficult situation into a very happy ending for us and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Mike and Elite again.
